Blazing the Pathway Program
The Wisconsin Employment & Training Association (WETA) is pleased to offer scholarships to help offset the cost for employment and training professionals to attend the Blazing the Pathway Workforce Development Certificate training program.
Blazing the Pathway, presented by UW-Parkside, was created around the ten core competencies established by the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP).
The WETA Beacon is no longer being published. Instead, the International Association of Workforce Professionals (IAWP) will publish their newsletters on an ongoing basis. IAWP newsletters include WETA activities and professional development opportunities as well as important announcements to all members.
WETA Scholarships include the Harmon Memorial Scholarship , the Brasch Memorial Scholarship and the Older Worker Scholarship . WETA has established scholarships to help students achieve their educational and career goals.
